岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

• 负责欧洲市场销售订单与摩洛哥基地生产、仓储及物流环节的协调衔接，确保客户需求及时传达并有效落实。
  Coordinate and align sales orders from the European market with production, warehousing, and logistics operations at the Morocco base, ensuring customer requirements are communicated and effectively implemented in a timely manner.
• 负责与欧洲买家确认销售合同、订单、*、装箱单等相关单据，确保信息准确、完整。
  Confirm sales co*acts, orders, invoices, packing lists, and other related documents with European buyers to ensure the information is accurate and complete.
• 跟进生产计划、产品完成情况及出库安排，与生产部门确认产品数量、状态和预计出库时间。
  Follow up on production plans, product completion status, and outbound arrangements; confirm product quantity, condition, and estimated outbound time with the production department.
• 与物流保持沟通，跟踪货物装运及运输进度，及时向客户反馈物流信息。
  Maintain communication with logistics providers, track cargo loading and transportation progress, and provide timely logistics updates to customers.
• 负责订单执行过程中的信息汇总、异常协调及进度跟踪，保障欧洲客户订单按期、顺利交付。
  Responsible for information consolidation, exception coordination, and progress tracking during order execution to ensure European customer orders are delivered on schedule and smoothly.

任职要求 / Job Requirements

本科及以上学历，国际贸易、国际商务、物流管理或供应链等相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or *ve; majors in International Trade, International Business, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related fields are preferred.

法语、英语、中文听说读写流利，能够独立完成欧洲客户及内部部门之间的业务沟通。
Fluency in French, English, and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); ability to independently handle business communication between European clients and internal departments.

具备销售业务、国际贸易等相关工作经验优先。
Prior work experience in sales operations, international trade, or related fields is preferred.

具备较强的沟通协调、信息整理、进度跟踪及异常处理能力，责任心强、工作细致。
Strong communication and coordination skills, information organization, progress tracking, and exception handling abilities; a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work ethic.
